As a Field Engineer, you'll play a vital role in various activities including installation, commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, hardware reconfiguration, antenna optimisation, site audits, testing, and acceptance etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Actively troubleshoot complex technical issues in the field.
Lead and assist third-party contractors in installing LTE Networks in a RAIL environment.
Ensure network performance meets SLA/OLA standards.
Conduct site testing, and acceptance, and assist in network deployments.
Undertake special assignments to resolve network operation issues.
Lead quality audits on multi-vendor sites.
Troubleshoot and optimise antenna work, including investigating transmission and power faults.
Support RF (Radio Frequency) optimization work.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering.
OH&S (Occupational Health and Safety) training and certification.
Specific product training on telecommunications installations.
Work Experience & Certs:
3+ years of experience in 3G or 4G mobile network rollouts and deployments.
Technology and Product Knowledge (3G/4G RAN, Flexi BTS)
Proficient in site and delivery processes.
Strong managerial skills for subcontractor oversight.
Excellent skills in radio site installation, technology knowledge, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) testing, IP (Internet Protocol) skills, business understanding, and a positive, learning mindset.
Certified in Working at Heights, holds a White Card and First Aid certification.
Maintains a full, clean Australian driving license.
Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Visa holder ONLY.
